Very often I come across someone online with the potential to do amazing things.

I’ll talk to them, analyzing what they say to figure out why they aren’t making the moves they need to make in order to start achieving the results they desire to make.

Here are 5 ways to instantly boost your confidence:

 

1) Affirmations

 I absolutely LOVE affirming positivity into myself.

Here’s the thing, no one is going to feed you positivity the same way you can. And even if they do, if you don’t believe it then subconconsiously you will reject their affirmations.

 

2) Journaling

Journaling has been Le complete gamechanger when it comes to my confidence.

I was someone that would hold in everything instead of releasing it, and I found a healthy way to do so that would allow me to feel abosultely amazing and refreshed.

I do “conversational journaling” which consists of me actually talking to myself in my journal.

I have had past clients try this method and absolutely love it!

 

3) Write A List Of Your Achievements

You are fucking amazing and sometimes you tend to forget it.

This exercise is going to make you feel like the baddest bitch on the block.

Make an entire list of your achievements. I’m not talking about the award you got back in middle school for doing the best Cha Cha Slide. I mean anything that you accomplished that you weren’t sure you could do.

An example would be me building my first membership site from scratch on WordPress. That’s an accomplishment that I’m proud of, and also noticing that not that many people in my circle can do the same.

 

4) Do Something That Get’s You Hype

This may be the most unconventional piece of advice you may get around building your confidence, but I’m telling you it works.

See, when you do something that puts you in a good mood, you begin to feel better internally.

And when you feel good internally, you perform at a higher level in terms of your confidence.

 

5) Take Action

Save your eye roll for your momma. Like, you had to have know this was coming.

You may, or may not have heard this, but Confidence Comes From Doing.

So whatever it is that you have been putting off, just get the shit done.

And when you achieve your goal, or accomplish something that seemed impossible or was a pain in your ass, not only will you feel like Le Bitch, but you will be much more confident.
